America, LLC effective 8/23/19 to pursue other career interests. John Littlejohn and Richard
Young are previously designated "Back -Up ORCs" for our water pollution control system and will
be covering this vacancy until an ORC is designated in accordance with 15 NCAC 08G .0201
(3)(b)(ii), within 120 days.
