I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Academy St Apartment Development project, which
proposes to culvert 121 ft of an intermittent unnamed tributary to Naked Creek for a parking lot in Ashe
County. The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
