RE: Autumn Hall Town Center; DWQ Project #060930
Wilmington; New Hanover County, NC
Dear Ian:
Thank you for your letter dated February 27, 2007 in which you request additional
information for the Autumn Hall Town Center project, located in Wilmington, NC. We had originally
submitted the application back in October of 2006. In response to this submittal, we received a letter
from Ms. Noelle Lutheran on December 13, 2006 stating that the project fell within the General
Water Quality Certification #3402 and that the applicant was authorized to proceed with the project. I
have attached a copy of this letter. However, the Corps withdrew the application because we were
unable to provide mitigation information to them in a timely manner. The new application package
was submitted in order to obtain the Nationwide 39 Permit from the Corps.
Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your assistance with this project.
