Just wanted to let you know that I've removed Ms. Olsen's project from being placed on hold by DWR, as I've received
responses to my additional information request of July 17, 2019 from Ms. Olsen, as well as from some of her neighbors,
and also from her consultant (Joe Lassiter). At present, DWR is likely moving towards denial of the 401 Water Quality
Certification.
