Martin called to share that he was notified that the Clarence Smith Finishing operation (54-141) reported freeboard at 17" and a PDA was on the way. We'll verify the facility when the POA arrives (there's a Clarence Smith Farm also (54-15), but it's deemed permitted, so I'm guessing the report is for 54-141). I'll update BIMS Incidents when the POA comes in.
