Mr. Hargis was not present during the inspection; however, he did provide access for the inspector. Facility is for sale and is no longer in operation. Raceways have accumulated sediment and sand. Wetland vegetation is well established in multiple raceways. The intake structure was allowing sufficient baseflow for Snowbird Creek. The receiving stream did not appear to have been impacted by the operation during the day of the site inspection.
