I contacted your office December 181"1 2018 to report my
lagoon at 17" and I also faxed a completed 30day POA.
Since the storm in September it has rained on a consistent basis
and made it very difficult to find the right time and proper
conditions to pump and maintain my lagoon.
Due to wet conditions I was unable to get my soybeans out of
the field until December and that delayed my pumping causing
me to get out of compliance.
I have never had any issues maintaining my lagoon and keeping
it in compliance and I'm doing everything possible to ensure
this never happens again.
