Just checking on this status of this PCN. The owners are on my back to submit
Erosion Control and Storm Water Plans for Fast-Tracking.
Can you let me know about where we are? If everythings looks ok to you (verbally),
it may be that we can get a F/T review date set and begin reviews.

In your review letter dated Oct. 2, 2006, item #4 you asked for a
signed and notarized OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT for the
diffuse flow. This is not anything we've had to do before. Is there a
standard form/agreement we can use or do we need to create one?
To date......we've completed all other items in the letter, including
storm water calcs. needed to size level spreaders, run-off, etc. As
soon as we can get this agreement worked out we'll forward t e
