As you know the entire site is cleared and has repeatedly been disturbed (farmed) in the past. No habitats for protected species are present on the site or in the immediate project area. I assume OEM will run this by SHPO. The state had already approved a stormwater management plan submitted by Cracker Barrel. Fortunately it is similar to our discussions. The tract is currently owned by Ralph Williams and Associates, but will be sold to, and developed by, Cracker Barrel. Let me know if you have any questions. Sinfjl/l~ Dr. 1. H.
