SUBJECT: COMPLIANCE EVALUATION INSPECTION
Lot #53, Block 4-Pembroke Jones Park (Landfall)
Dear Ms. Bobbit:
On May 31, 1995 you were issued General Water Quality Certification #2733 authorizing you to
impact 0.03 acres for the purpose of constructing a driveway entrance at the aforementioned site. A
condition of this certification required you to place a deed restriction on all remaining wetlands on the site
to prevent future impacts.
On January 14, 1998 Mr. Pete Colwell from the North Carolina Division of Water Quality's
(NCDWQ) Central Office and Ms. JoAnne Steenhuis from NCDWQ's Wilmington Regional Office
conducted a compliance evaluation inspection at the aforementioned site. As a result of this inspection it
was determined that no wetland fill greater than the authorized 0.03 acres has occurred.
The North Carolina Division of Water Quality appreciates your efforts in complying with the
conditions of your 401 Water Quality Certification. If you should have any questions regarding this matter
