Inspection Summary:
On March 26, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with David Philips on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted:
1) While a SWPPP was present, it had not been maintained, and reviewed. The permittee is directed to review and update
the facility's SWPPP as outlined in Stormwater General Permit NCG150000.
2) Qualitative monitoring had not been conducted at the facility. The permittee is directed to immediately begin qualitative
monitoring as outlined in Stormwater General Permit NCG150000.
Please give the above items your immediate attention. This facility will be re -inspected on or after June 5, 2019. If the above
items are not addressed, further action will be taken.
