Exceedance of Weekly Geometric Mean Limit

The weekly Geometric Mean exceeded its limit because of a failed circulation pump. A storm in the
night had hit and turned off a RAS pump. The plant lost solids into the contact chamber. A coupling in
the pump pick up line was weak and dropped the foot valve into the lower part of the contact chamber
where the solids had settled. When the foot valve dropped into the solids, the solids were pulled into
the pump. The pump was taken apart, cleaned and rebuilt and the line was replaced once we found the
problem. I was using chlorine tablets while the pup was down. Further progress has been made in
regards to changing to bleach, but it is not yet in place at this time.
