The wastewater treatment system appeared to well maintained. I met with Barbara Hudson, Ginnie and Jean-Paul Lebosse who are all owners of the system; and Coy Holden who is an employee of Envirolink. This inspection was conducted in part due to concern from a citizen about the state of this wastewater system. I didn't see any reason to suspect that this wastewater system was having any malfunction. The septic tanks have been pumped every two years. The most recent effluent sample results were compliant from October of 2018. This facility is currently maintained by Envirolink and Mr. Holden performs monthly visits. A log book is kept on site. On the day of the inspection, the log book was missing and no one could account for the disappearance except by theft. The owner's said they will keep the log book in a more secure location going forward. NCG551115 17 (Cont.)
