Inspection Summary:
On February 14, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Jeffery Whitesides on site. During the inspection
the following items were noted:
1) The SWPPP is mostly present, but the permittee is directed to further review the NCG200000 General Permit and confirm
that the SWPPP meets all requirements of the General Permit.
2) A second Analytical Monitoring sample has not been taken. The permittee is directed to take and submit an analytical
monitoring sample as soon as possible.
3) Due to the benchmark exceedances of the first analytical monitoring event, the permittee shall evaluate all potential
sources of polutants.
Please give the above items your immediate attention.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after Msrch 28, 2019. If the above items have not been addressed, further action will be
taken.
