Inspection Summary:
On March 8, 2018, this site was inspected for compliance. I met with James Beaver and Geoffrey Whiteside. During the
inspection, the following items were noted:
1) The facility is under new ownership (JMB Recycling). It was previousely owned by Action Demolition. The facility is
directed to submit a "Change of Ownership form" as soon as possible.
2) The facility is directed to obtain a copy of the applicable permit (NCG200000) and meet all requirements therein.
This facility will be reinspected on or after March 22, 2018. If the above items have not been addressed, further action will be
taken.
