Mike Smith and myself met with James Beaver and Geoffry Whitesides. During the inspection, the following items were noted: 1) While the facility has began compiling the information for the SWPPP, it remains incomplete and the permitee is directed to continue efforts to comply with the SWPPP requirements outlined in the general permit. 2) Due to the storage volume and quantity of storage "totes" on site, secondary containment is required. Please refer to the description outlined in the general permit for specifics on this issue. 3) The permitee is directed to obtain a stormwater sample as soon as possible, and contact this office when the results of the obtained sample are returned. 4) The permitee is directed to submit a "change of ownership form" if not submitted already.
