In reference to the Notice of Violation dated 26 August 2019, we offer the following response:
Based on a review of the June 2019 DMR, temperature was monitored and reported 5 times per
week as outlined in the permit.
An ammonia nitrogen sample was collected and analyzed during the week of June 15, but the result
was not recorded on the DMR as a result of operator error. We have revised and submitted and
updated version.
