We wrote to you on 5 January 1995 discussing concerns that we have regarding the design of the project and placing it on hold until those concerns are addressed. As of today, we have not received a response to our earlier letter. Unless we receive a response from you by 15 December 1995, we will consider that you have withdrawn this application and are not interested in pursuing the project at this time.
