Dear Mr. Alexander:
The Pretreatment Emergency Response Collection System (PERCS) Unit of the Division of Water
Resources has reviewed the Long Term Monitoring Plan (LTMP) submitted by Two Rivers Utilities.
The submission was received by the Division on July 30, 2019. Additional information was
requested and was received on August 9, 2019 and September 3, 2019.
The review indicates that the LTMP is adequate and meet the requirements needed to establish
a site -specific headworks analysis. Proper implementation of a LTMP is also required by your
NPDES permit. Please refer to the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment
Programs (Comprehensive Guide) for additional information and examples.
