Terracon's findings and delineation have not been verified by the USACE or NCDWR. This is not a licensed survey. The delineated features were GPS'd using a Trimble Geo 7x unit which has sub -foot accuracy. Prior to devleopment activities, Terracon recommends our findings be verified by the USACE and NCDWR. Terracon also recommends consultation with a civil engineer to determine stormwater setbacks, if required, prior to site development. State buffers are applicable.
