The Division of Environmental Management issued a 401 Water Quality Certification
on 8 January 1993 to fill 3.1 acres in Craven County. According to your 2 December 1994
letter, Mr. Whitehurst has not yet filled the wetland and requests an extension of the
expiration date. This Certification is hereby modified to expire at the same time as the
associated U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit.
