At this time R-2220 has been placed on the Suspended Projects list. We are told that we must halt all work on this
project. Hopefully we will get clarification in the next few days on how to handle tasks that are currently underway.

Unfortunately, I was not able to download your project files. You can upload them to the USACE Safe Access File
Exchange (SAFE) site. See below:
USACE has access to SAFE https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Welcome.aspx.
Users with valid DoD Common Access Card (CAC) can send files to any email address using SAFE (Note: non -CAC users
can send files to anyone having a .mil or .gov email address). Users of this application must ensure that all files
transferred via SAFE are for official US Government related business and must be UNCLASSIFIED.
