Subject: Comments on Federal Consistency Review for new boat support facility
at end of Roosevelt Boulevard on the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry
Point in Havelock, Craven County (Q241 Boat Support Facility)

Review of the subject project found that the proposed project would not have impacts to
jurisdictional wetlands or surface waters requiring a 401-Water Quality Certification or
Neuse River Riparian Buffer requiring an authorization or variance from the Neuse River
Riparian Buffer Rule. Should the scope of the proposed project change during the
implementation of the proposed project this Office should be contacted immediately. If you
