Comment: The projects were under construction and each of the three were at various stapes of the process.
46 was
installed with minor work to be completed; 47 was waiting for precast to arrive, old bridge was removed; 48
was still in place but in the works to be removed. Erosion control measures were in place and
construciton bmps were in good working order. A follow-up visit will be conducted in a few weeks.
