Primary subdivision road and utilities will be constructed across two streams and adjacent wetlands.

The purpose of this project is to created a444-lot residential subdivision serviced by a network of roads and public utilities. Work
within the proposed subdivision is scheduled to commence within the next three months. It is estimated that construction of the
primary subdivision road across the wetland will be completed by July 2006. It is anticipated that the subdivision will be
completely built out (all roads built and lots developed) in six years.
