Response No. 1: Please find attached Newly Revised flow tracking (FTSE 10-18)form, as received from the Town of Fremont,properly executed. Comment No.2: Please update the following on the FTSE: a. Entity requesting allocation should be Town of Eureka. b. WWTP permitted flow capacity appears to be 0.092 MGD,per our permitting records. Please verify. c. Please verify WWTP actual average flow, as it is listed as "N/A", including Item g and h under this section. Comment No. 3: In Item II,please provide the Fremont Pump Station permit number, as we were not able to locate records by the name. Response No. 3: Please see attached Note 1 and Note 2, describing the flow trajectory from Eureka No. I, through Eureka No. 2, and ultimately, through the Hillandale Pump Station in the Town of Fremont. Existing permit numbers for these facilities are unknown. I trust this additional information is adequate for your requirements. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party. The pump station named Eureka No. 1 located on Stan-Ray Road just outside of the Town of Eureka receives all of its flow from the Eureka Sanitary Sewer System.An SRP grant from NCDEQ has provided funds to rehabilitate this pump station. The contracts for construction have been signed and are awaiting approval from NCDEQ-DWI.The existing wet-well will be lined and new 200-GPM self-priming pumps will be installed. The existing station is currently operating at • capacity due to the I/I from Eureka, and we look forward to the improvements proposed which will reduce the load on this pump station considerably. 2. The pump station named Eureka No. 2 located on NC Hwy. 222 about half way between Eureka and Fremont receives all of its flow from the Eureka Sanitary Sewer System. An SRP grant from NCDEQ has provided funds to rehabilitate this pump station.The contracts for construction have been signed and are awaiting approval from NCDEQ-DWI.The existing wet-well will be lined and new 220-GPM self-priming pumps will be installed.The existing station is currently operating at • capacity due to the I/I from Eureka, and we look forward to the improvements proposed which will reduce the load on this pump station considerably. 3. The pump station named Hillandale located at the dead-end of Hillandale drive was upgraded last year and converted from a self-priming to submersible station.The flow from Eureka enters this station and some of the flow from the Fremont collection system as well. Flow can be diverted to the Goldsboro#1 station adjacent to the Hillandale station and sent to the City of Goldsboro, or pumped directly to the lagoons at Fremont's WWTP.
