CFPUA will be the public utility applicant and College Acres Development, LLC will be the private applicant. The proposed public and private sewer lines will be an 8" SDR-35 gravity sewer that will de into the existing 8" sanitary sewer main along College Acres Drive. College Acres Development, LLC is proposing to serve 45 multi -family units and 1 retail building as part of the project.
