To Whom It May Concern,
On behalf of College Acres Development, LLC we are submitting a public & private sewer extension
application with supporting documentation for the proposed multi -family development as referenced
above located off College Acres Drive. CFPUA will be the public utility applicant and College Acres
Development, LLC will be the private applicant. The proposed public and private sewer lines will be an 8"
SDR-35 gravity sewer that will de into the existing 8" sanitary sewer main along College Acres Drive.
College Acres Development, LLC is proposing to serve 45 multi -family units and 1 retail building as part
of the project. The property is further identified by multiple tract parcel IDs: R05508-005-012-000,
R05508-005-01 1-000, R05508-005-010-000, R05508-005-009-000, R05508-005-008-000, R05508-005-007-
000 under multiple property ownerships and under contract with College Acres Development, LLC.
According to the attached USGS map, the site is within the Bradley Creek (SC;HQW) watershed of the
Cape Fear River Basin.
The project is retail store and multi -family residential, with a projected wastewater flow of 20,450 gallons
per day.
