Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Gentlemen: Janice Olsen is a neighbor in Cypress Point II, Harbinger, NC. Her property is located on the sound beside our community's waterfront pier and walkways. The house is in a beautiful location and there is a waterfront pier and bulkhead which adjoins the community water access. Over wash and rain keep the wetland area of her property constantly wet and water logged. In addition to that, the neighbor on the other side, 208 Waterside Drive, has filled in the wet land area that was on their property and added a pool. This happened without the Homeowners Associations knowledge or permission that I know of. We have to wonder how that happened? It adds tothe run off which fills Janice's property. Many homeowners and guests use the community area regularly and we feel that the presence of mosquitoes and other water friendly critters are hazardous to the children and adults who take advantage of the water access. Plus children wander and could be injured by exploring the wet areas of her property by falling or worse. We know that Janice has lost sales on her property because of the water issues. She has worked diligently to make her house and land most attractive and improved the condition in every way possible until now. She has even extended her kindness and generosity by assisting in the restoration of the adjoining community area after storms and rains. We feel that it would be justified and desirable to permit her to fill the wetland as it is flanked by 2 lots which no longer have the wetlands and she is a victim of sitting in a bowl of sorts which gets filled by runoff and over wash and rain. We sincerely hope that you will consider granting her approval, in order that she may sell her property and move on with her life unencumbered by this issue. Sincerely, Cypress Point II Homeowners Association Board Diane Strehan President This is also my personal appeal, thank you, diane Diane E. Strehan
