It appears as though Streams A and B are both perennial and subject to the Jordan Buffer Rules. NCDWR does not need to field verify this determination. Please let me know if you have any questions. Earlier this week I spoke with Heather Smith regarding the above project. I believe this may have been one that started out in Central but has moved over to the Division. There was information that was uploaded to sharepoint back in September 2018 (https://connect.ncdot.gov/site/Preconstruction/division/div07/R- 5725/Natural%20Environment/Forms/AlIItems.aspx ) but I'm not very sure that any of you were notified. So, this email. Q Dave — I know there is the new electronic submittal process for PJDs, however, this project was uploaded before that. Do you need us to submit via that process, or can you access the information from sharepoint? April — I included Ernie as well because there is an NCDWR request on the server for buffer determinations.
