VVafindthe plan tobeacceptable and hereby issue this Letter of Plan Approval. If any modifications, performance reservations, or recommendations are applicable, a list is enclosed and incorporated as a part of this letter of approval. If any modifications are not incorporated into the plan and implemented inthe fie|d.the site will be|nviolation ofthe Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance of Lincoln County. This plan approval shall expire two (2) years following the date of approval, if no land -disturbing activity has been undertaken, as is required by Lincoln County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance Section B(b). Initially, DEMLR wig not charge a fee for coverage under the NCGO1 permit. However, on or after August 1, 2019, a $100 fee will be charged annually, This fee is to be sent to the DEMLR Stormwater Central Office staff in Raleigh, Title 15A NCAC 4B .01 18(a) and the NCGO1 permit require that the following documentation be kept on file at the job site: I . The approved E&SC plan as well asany approved deviation, 2. The NCGO1 permit and the COC, once it is received. 3.Records ofinspections made during the previous 3Udays. Lincoln County's Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance is perform a nce-oriented, requiring protection of existing natural resources and adjoining properties. If, following the commencement ofthis project, the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan is inadequate to meet the requirements of the Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973 (North Carolina General Statute 113A+51thmugh80)andLinmo|nCoumtySoi|Erou|onendSedimentationContrmi Ordinance Section 9(d), this office may require revisions to the plan and implementation of the revisions tvinsure compliance with the Act, Acceptance and approval of this plan is conditioned upon your compliance with Federal and State water quality laws, regulations, and rules. In addition, local city or county ordinances or rules may also apply to this land -disturbing activity. This approval does not supersede any other permit orapproval. Please note that this approval is based in part on the accuracy of the information provided in the Financial Responsibility Form, which you provided.
