The new private sewers will serve a governmental services campus containing a detention center, an office building, and an operations center for parks -related maintenance equipment and activities. This application is submitted with a companion application for public collection sewer extension, serving the same project. The public portion of the sewer extension is located offsite, and the private portion is located on the property being developed. No flow allocation is indicated for this application since all flow for the project has been assigned to the public sewers. The Applicant for this application is a public (local government) entity; however, the application is classified as private since the Applicant does not maintain downstream sewers nor the receiving wastewater treatment plant.
