The plant appeared to be operating well overall. Only one of the two tertiary filter pumps is working. The one pump is enough to operate the filter but the other pump needs to be repaired. The right of way to the effluent pipe needs to be cleared. (Approximately ¼ of the sidewall depth) Sludge blanket was not measured, but clear water could be seen several feet into the clarifier. According to the ORC, the excess floating sludge results from the equalization basin running when the plant is not on (blowers not running).
