I am currently reviewing your application and I have the following questions for clarification:

1. Is the new addition in Zone 2 a carport that will be attached to the existing carport? Yes, the new addition will be attached to the existing carport.

2. Based on the maps, it is unclear what square footage of this new impact will be in zone 2. The new addition in Zone 2 is 11ft wide x 30’6”ft long. The map that was provided
(survey document dated August 12, 2018) depicts the stream’s centerline. The buffers are measure from the top of bank, 50 feet outward. On the impact map, Zones 1 and 2 need to be depicted
on the maps I have attached a map for your convenience. Please provide an impact map with Zones 1 and 2 depicted and the impact amounts depicted as well. Sorry, I had attached the wrong
map. I have attach a map from the City of Raleigh Engineering Services, which is showing Permanent Buffer Impact for Zone 1 and Temporary Buffer Impact in Zone 2 this maybe more helpful.
