The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on - hold until the following information is received: 1. Please provide a most recent bound and published county soil survey. Please cleanly draw or delineate the site boundaries on the soil survey. [ 15A NCAC 02H .0502(b)] 2. The buffer impacts requested in this application need to be clearly shown and enumerated on the site plan. These impacts need to correspond to the impacts requested in the application. As the application and impact map currently stands, it is not possible to match up what is listed the application with the site plan. Please note, rip -rap is considered a permanent impact. Please correct/modify the impact map and table in your response to this letter and e-mail to Erin Deck at erin.deck(ancdenr.gov. 3. DWR requests a site visit. Please respond in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter by sending one (1) copy of all of the above requested information to the 401 & Buffer Permitting Branch, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617 OR by submitting all of the above requested information through this link: htt s:/ledocs.de .nc. ov/Forrns:'Su lemental-Information-Form (note the DWR# requested on the link is referenced above). If all of the requested information is not received within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned.
