Subject: Patterson Road Site ... we had a preaap meeting
David, this is that site we had a preapp about with the target market of Huntersville.
Sean, we met with this person and discussed the site. It is over 600 If of impact. We mentioned that it was potentially
an IP, so I need to wait and see if David will grant a waiver from the IP. David?
We can go ahead and set up a site visit to look at the channels. I need to get up with Robert and look at a site down at
Northlake. Maybe do both on the same day??
