However, the comments doesn't necessarily answer why building 600's length can't be reduced. This doesn't affect the width between the various buildings, thus the shared driveway remains. By reducing the by 40% ( 100 sq ft), the stream should be able to be avoided and keep the project under a NW. The project needs/goal state that most users are in the 20K -100K, that even with the reduction, this goal can be achieved. The proposed overall square footage for this site is 714K sq ft.m the largest foot print of those sited in your response. You mention that those developments (property shape) had other constraints which required smaller buildings. I would suggest that the stream on the property is a constraint as well, just as a gulley and/or lot configuration can be. Given the site visit, there was a question about realigning the buildings. Approximately 100K sq ft lost., but impacts are reduced, below threshold and a NW permit can be received. 1 44 Sz A AW JJjI WeVand BB 0.02 acm W1 (Wetland CC 0,001 acres S2 [Stream 13 linear I SCALE (FEET) I=- 100 460 60 0 800 DWR Mkion of Water Resources. 7 - Alan D Johnson — Senior Environmental Specialist NC Dept. of Environment & Natural Resources (NCDENR) 4 Si (Str 698 line Division of Water Resources - Water Quality Regional Operations 610 East Center Ave., Suite 301, Mooresville, NC 28115 Phone: (704) 235-2200 Fax: (704) 663-6040 E-mail correspondence to and from this address may be subject to the North Carolina Public Records Law and may be disclosed to third parties unless the content is exempt by statute or other regulation.
