I understand the "shared" driveway. However, the comments doesn't necessarily answer why building 600's length
can't be reduced. This doesn't affect the width between the various buildings, thus the shared driveway remains. By
reducing the by 40% ( 100 sq ft), the stream should be able to be avoided and keep the project under a NW.
The project needs/goal state that most users are in the 20K -100K, that even with the reduction, this goal can be
achieved.
The proposed overall square footage for this site is 714K sq ft.m the largest foot print of those sited in your
response. You mention that those developments (property shape) had other constraints which required smaller
buildings. I would suggest that the stream on the property is a constraint as well, just as a gulley and/or lot
configuration can be.
