facility. Is there a document that you need to authorize June as the signature for this?

Penland. However, the application is signed by June L. Langley.
Please have Talmadge or Helen Penland sign the application, or provide documentation that June L.

Can you please review this well permit application for the installation of 3 temporary monitoring wells
for groundwater sampling? The property is located at 675 Patton Avenue in Asheville, Buncombe
County.
