The plant appeared to be operating well, considering the poor condition of the facility. There are several things in need of repair at this WWTP. The tertiary filters are not functional. The bar screen is very dilapidated. A grease trap is needed for the facility. There is a hole in the metal wall between the aeration basin and the aerobic digester. NC0071897 17 (Cont.)
