Mitch Hayes of the Division of Water Resources performed the subject inspection on August 23,
2019. There was no one on site to help with the inspection. The following observations were made
during the inspection:
1. This is one duplex pump station serving a restaurant.
2. There is no emergency contact signage or other contact information in case of an overflow
or emergency.
3. The pump station is not connected to telemetry or to SCADA. The pump station must be
inspected every day.
4. The wet well was bolted down preventing inspection of the inside. There was no indication
of any past overflows on the ground.
