However, we did allow the contractor to work outside the buffer during that period, but nothing close to the creek /within the trout zone. So, we’ll either have to tackle the additional jurisdictional items (pipe extension at th Station 35 and stream stabilization at Station 49) on Sampson prior to Oct 15 or after April 15. It sounded like our maintenance crew may work on the stabilization at Station 49 soon. I’ve Cc’d Brandon Greer this email, just to clarify thth that we’ll need to do that work before Oct 15, or wait till after April 15.
