The project is on hold until budget issues return to normal. In the meantime, Roadside will continue to monitor veg until
80% cover is achieved at which point the project may be handed over to maintenance until project is active again. Paving,
minor shoulder work, stream channel work and a pipe extension are left to do. Further inspections will occur unitl project
is offically completed.

Comment: This was a follow-up inspection due to a complaint by WRC staff working in the area. I met with several
DOT staff including the resident engineer and assistant, environmental officer, roadside environmental
engineer and maintenance engineer. All pipes were installed per the plans. One site had a few pieces of
Class B rip rap that had fallen into the channel. They were removed immediately. Bare soil throughout
was seeded and matted or vegetation was actively growing. EC measures were in place and maintained.
