Construction of Grants Creek Greenway Phase 4 between Catawba College athletic fields and existing greenway on the west bank of Grants Creek, and between Forestdale Drive and
Kelsey -Scott Park off of Old Wilkesboro Road. The greenway will be a ten foot wide multi -use path of all-weather material (concrete or asphalt) with boardwalk bridging certain tributaries
of Grants Creek, and pedestrian bridges crossing both the large tributary south of Larchmont Place and Grants Creek just north of the existing railroad bridge. The project will conned
existing greenway multi -use paths. It will be constructed using typical grading and earth moving equipment (e.g. track hoes, loaders and dump trucks). Secondary and cumulative
impacts to adjacent and nearby resources will be avoided and/or minimized during construction through compliance with approved erosion and sedimentation control measures.

Creek from the Catawba College athletic fields to the wasting greenway on the west bank of Grants Creek; Phase 4B is path construction from Forestdale Drive to Larchmont Place, and
4C is path construction including pedestrian bridges from Larchmont Place to Kelsey -Scott Park.
Are any other NWP(s), regional general permit(s), or individual permits(s) used, or intended to be used, to authorize any part of the proposed project or related activity?
