The Shelby Rd P/S has a dedicated generator and the E Main St P/S has a quick connect for a by - pass
pump. The Town has no b/u by - pass pump but rentals are available and the town receives assistance from
the City Of Shelby during any type of emergency.

Comment: Due to a severe storm the night prior to this event the telementry on both P/S's failed to notify the
on call phone when tested. The system was checked 3 days prior to this inspection with no
problems.The operator contacted the Towns electrican to rectify this issue. He indicated he
would check the systems daily untill resolved. He will also notify this inspector via email.
