review. We had an outage that day and did not receive several eNOls, so we advised applicants on our
website that they should resubmit if they did not receive an email confirmation. Suddenly todayseveral of
those submittals are showing up in our review queue, and yours was one of them.

After we receive payment of the $100 annual permit fee, we will e-mail you the COC for this project.
You have two options for paying the $100 fee:

2. Mail a $100 check made payable to "DEMLR Stormwater Program" along with the original signed N01
Certification Form to the address on that form. After we receive the check in the Raleigh central office, it will
