Dear Mr. Farkas:
In response to your request for information dated July 31, 2019, we offer the following responses:
1. Application was revised to show High Density development
2. The property owner is listed as Ms. Wendy Harwood. Ms. Harwood is married to Mr.
Archie Harwood. Both are listed as directors of Harwood Automotive, as shown on the
Articles of Incorporation included with this submittal.
3. Stormwater Management summary was revised to reflect the High Density nature of this
project.
4. Existing surface waters have been labeled on the plan. Section 4, Items 7 and 8 were re-
calculated to reflect the surface waters on site.
5. Application was revised to only show one column of data for the sand filter (Section IV,
10)
6. Supplement EZ form was completed.
7. Calculations for rip -rap outlet and ditch were added to the submittal documents.
8. Surface Water have been labeled on the plans.
9. A wetland delineation was performed by SynTerra. The wetlands were added to the
plans and a report is included in this submittal.
10. Drainage area for the sand filter is shown on the erosion control plan. The existing pond is
not providing any stormwater management.

11. The soils report was amended to include the soil boring logs and a map showing the
location of the bores. This is included in this submittal.
12. All reference to sod was removed from the plans. Sand Chamber was modified so that no
additional area is provided other than the square footage needed for the sand.
13. The calculations were revised to utilize 2"/hour (4'/day). This is the rate of flow through
the sand. The drawdown of the sand filter was left at 40 hours for the first inch of rain to
meet the sand filter requirements.
14. PDF's of all the revisions are being uploaded for our review. Two hard copies of the
revised plans and 1 hard copy of other documents will be mailed.
