The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the 1020 Catawba Falls
Pkwy. SFR on 7/24/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0031133. The
findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection

Inspection Summary:
Mikal Willmer, with the Asheville Regional Office inspected Lot 194 within the Catawba Falls Sub-division on July 24, 2019 in
conjunction with the permit renewal for neighboring Lot 195 owned by Michael Kreider.
This facility has not been constructed. Bev Price with the ARO spoke to Mr. Roberts in 2018 and he mentioned he had no
intention of ever developing the site. Discussion with a Mr. Zuk (neighbor) at the time of the inspection indicated Mr. Roberts
was looking to sell the lot.
Please note for current and future permittees, the approved wastewater system design is rated for three bedrooms (360
gallons per day of flow). Additional sizing and flow can be requested through a permit modification.
In the event the property is sold, the attached ownership change form will need to be filled out and submitted to the address
on the form.
