RE: Uzzle As -built Walk Thru Follow -Up Memo (DWR # 2016-098lv2)
Ms. Merritt,
In response to your email dated July 9th, 2019, regarding the incomplete required items at the
Uzzle Mitigation Site, RES has prepared this memo to address the following points with RES'
responses written in blue:
EBX needs to finish the cattle exclusion fencing along the right -side of the project that
runs parallel to the pipeline easement. The BPDP was approved noting that fencing is
required around the entirety of the conservation easement. The fence that runs parallel to
the pipeline easement has been complete and conservation easement placards were
installed along the entire easement boundary. Photographic documentation are included
on Page 2.
