I have reviewed the permit application for the Haywood Crossing Subdivision project, which proposes to
temporarily impact 25 ft of an unnamed tributary to Mill Pond Creek and fill 0.09 acre of wetland for a
development in Henderson County.
A trout moratorium is not needed for this project. Thank you for the opportunity to review this project.
