Limit Exceedance Violation; Fecal on dates 511/19 and 5/18/19

We had a new flow meter installed at our effluent. The meter was calibrated to 5 Million gallons per day
and was not sending the proper signal to the chlorine pump. The pump was not feeding correctly. Once
we figured out the problem, we called the installer back to recalibrate the meter. Since he came and
fixed the calibration problem, it has been working properly.
We are discussing doing away from Chlorine gas and changing to bleach. This would be safer and
eliminate the need of a vacuum pump.
