Thank you for the phone call yesterday. I heard back from the client this morning regarding how they would
like to proceed with the permit modification application.
Due to the fact that they are now potentially considering purchasing an adjacent property and reconfiguring
the Watauga Storage layout, they would like to withdraw the Permit Modification application that was
submitted to your office on May 28, 2019.
I really appreciate your communication on this project. We will resubmit once we have a more defined plan.

I requested the project engineer, Mr. Will Clayton to provide you with an updated stormwater management
plan on May 30th. I have resent him this request this afternoon. I will keep you posted regarding the
progress.

Hi Anna,
Yes, it will require a fee because there are new impact areas. Please be sure to include an updated
stormwater management plan as there is new impervious surface being added to the project. If there are any
questions about what is needed specifically for the Stormwater Management Plan you may contact Conticha
Mcdaniel who I am copying on this email so she is aware the project will be in for a modification soon.
